As a Finance Manager at DRI, you will oversee all financial aspects of our operations in Romania. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial health and stability, providing strategic guidance, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

What you will do:

• Managing Accounting and Tax Providers:
• Oversee relationships with accounting and tax service providers.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Financial Planning:
• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Treasury Operations:
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
• Regulatory Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities.
• Other Administrative Matters:
• Handle other administrative tasks related to financial operations, including procurement, contracts, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• At least 5 years proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, management. Experience in the renewable energy or power generation industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Internal controls is preferred.
• Experience in treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
